   欧恩光电技术研究所是一家经深圳市政府部门批准成立的专业光电半导体器件研发、设计和制造的微电子研究所。研究所拥有一支多年从事光电半导体芯片设计、微控制器程式设计和光学材料的专家队伍。所设计的产品涉及半导体分立器件、混合集成电路、光电子器件、传感器信号处理、微处理器、定时器、功率半导体、电源管理芯片、光学器件封装材料等,并承接用户MCU开发、ODM制造。

时基LM555 CHIP 
  标准时间基准集成电路晶元,兼容市场上NE555.This On-IRF830 is a N-channel power VDMOS-FET transistor. The MOSFET series realized with unique process has specifically been de-signed to minimize input capacitance and gate charge. It is there fore suitable as primary switch in advanced high-efficiency, high-frequency isolated DC-DC converters for Telecom and Computer applications. It is also intended for any applications with low gate drive requirements.
Low Power LDO Series Chips On-75xx CHIP 
  This On-75xx LDO series is a set of three-terminal high cur-rent low voltage regulator implemented in CMOS tech¬nology. They can deliver 100mA output current and allow an input voltage as high as 24V. They are avail-able with several fixed output voltages ranging from 3.0V to 5.0V. CMOS technology ensures low voltage drop and low quiescent current.

Dual Driver/Receiver MAX232 CHIP 
  The MAX232 is a dual driver/receiver that includes a capacitive voltage generator to supply EIA-232 voltage levels from a single 5-V supply. Each receiver converts EIA-232 inputs to 5-V TTL/CMOS levels. These receivers have a typical threshold of 1.3 V and a typical hysteresis of 0.5 V, and can accept 30-V inputs. Each driver converts TTL/CMOS input levels into EIA-232 levels.
On-BIS0001热释电红外线传感器IC,for PIR sensor 
  On-BIS0001热释电红外线传感器IC 与市场流行的BIS0001完全兼容.CMOS数模混合专用集成电路。工作电压为4V~12V(DC),工作电流小于10mA。外接振荡电阻、电容。外接有硫化镉(CDS)传感器,白天抑制输出。输出可驱动继电器或可控硅。内置两级运放,增益可调。控制时间可调。内置稳压输出3.1V,芯片可直接驱动PIR。集成过零检测,交流电源同步触发,降低电源污染。芯片采用DIP16封装。
